Type the address the System Administrator set up for you, then your password. A new account sends you straight on to set a password of your own.

• Three doors stand side by side and they share nothing: staff here, engineers on the field door, customers on the portal door. An account works at one door only.
• A wrong password is written into the record with the address that tried it, so a run of them can be read later.
• Too many wrong attempts in a row stop the account for a short cooling period. Ask the System Administrator rather than trying again.
• A link from a message opens the page it named after you sign in, so start from the link rather than from the front page.
